Carrizozo Police Chief Carrie Spencer was interviewed by Eyewitness News 4 anchor Shelton Dodson Wednesday evening in regards to the break in and theft of guns from the police department over the weekend. Channel 4 is an Albuquerque television station, KOB-TV.
