The holiays are upon us
Although the Christmas holiday decorations hit the shelves back in August,as soon as the gardening paraphernalia could be moved to the back, it is just now finally time for us to begin anticipating the delight of a bountiful Thanksgiving and a sparkling Christmas.
We have much to be thankful for and one of the things we should be thankful for is that we live in a country of such plenty that Christmas in all its opulence, can also a time of celebration of the birth of Christ.
So in your day to day shopping for turkey, hams, pumpkin, peanut brittle makings and cranberries -- please give pause to the blessing of it all.
