The best end to this story is it ended with a championship title. Taos Muncy was named the 2007 World Saddle Bronc Champion, the first in that event to call New Mexico home --and certainly the first from Corona, NM. Taos is also only the THIRD cowboy to ever win a college national title and a world title in the same year.
